1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the RedDash app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices owned or controlled by you.

3. Pro Purchase & Subscription

Some features of the App require a paid upgrade ("Pro"), available as either a one-time lifetime purchase or a monthly auto-renewing subscription.

Lifetime Purchase: A one-time payment that grants permanent access to all Pro features with no recurring fees.

Monthly Subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

All purchases are final and processed through your Apple ID Account Settings.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that it will work with all Tesla vehicle models or USB drives.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedDash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
