By downloading or using the RedDash app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices owned or controlled by you.

3. Pro Purchase

Some features of the App may require a one-time paid purchase ("Pro"). This is a lifetime license that grants you permanent access to all Pro features without any recurring fees. Purchases are final and managed through your Apple ID Account Settings.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that it will work with all Tesla vehicle models or USB drives.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedDash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
